Welcome to Snappy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snappy website (snappylb.com) and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
ABOUT US: Snappy is a Lebanon-based online store selling children's school essentials - backpacks, lunch boxes, water bottles and pencil cases.
PRODUCTS & PRICING: We do our best to display products, colours and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly from your screen. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We may update prices, products and availability at any time without notice.
ORDERS: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept, limit or cancel any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). We will contact you if there is an issue with your order.
PAYMENT: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected in cash by our courier at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY: We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All content on this website - including the Snappy name, logo, images and text - belongs to Snappy and may not be used without our permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, Snappy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Products are intended for their normal, everyday use by children under adult supervision.
GOVERNING LAW: These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
CHANGES: We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
